> The Crash Replacement can only be used within the warranty period of the helmet.

> The Crash Replacement must be bought with the helmet and cannot be purchased at a later date; it is only related to that product and cannot be used for another product.

> The Crash Replacement is not valid with any promotions or offers, and only applies to Recommended Retail Price.

> The Crash Replacement only covers the helmet; all other accessories (comms, visors, etc.) are not covered.

> The original receipt or order number must be provided to claim the Crash Replacement benefits. You may also be asked to prove that the helmet has been damaged, e.g. by sending us photos of the damaged helmet. In some cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to us.
